I'm 100% up for this. Though I'll try not to order the lemon sorbet. There's a place on the quays that looks large and doable. Charlie Changs or something. Near O'Connell St.

Though... we're getting very quick fire with events these days. But if we're doing it this weekend then I throw a casual vote in for Saturday, followed by some dancin' and drinkin' and drinkin' and dancin'.

Is that a goer? Are people happy with grabbing a Luas? I could stay in my parents' house to aid my laziness, so, I'm cool with it.
What type of Chinese is it? Maybe there's a town equivalent?

Should get more peeps if we do it in town. Dundrum means two buses or bus+Luas for some people.

There are plenty of all you can eat Chinese buffets in town...

Jimmy Chungs is the one I was thinking of. Had it in Dundee and it was pretty tasty, though I was somewhat out of my mind.

Close to my crash point and the last Luas back into town is at ~01:00 so we can goto a $club/$pub after in town if people want.

Are people open to normal Chinese places or does it have to be a all you can eat buffet ?

Buffets are usually the best value

Plus you can play "What's mine, is yours, what's yours, is mine, the more we share, the more the sun will shine!"

Jimmy Chungs in town is the only nice one to eat in town, the rest are very bland and don't have a lot of choice and variety. Jimmy Chungs also has the nicest ice cream in Dublin! one of those self serve machines it's damn good, unfortunately it is pricey at the weekend, you are talking 18e for dinner on the weekend.

I would be willing to Dundrum it.

Nice icecream!?!?! Wowzahs! We all scream for icecream!

Dundrum is 15 squid in the evenings anyway, so another 3 for tasty greatness wouldn't be too much, less than Luas fare.

But I'm easy with either venue, both now have Noc seals of approval :)

    Nice.

The Dundrum one is called "China Buffet King". So, there is an issue of royalty. Does anyone know if Jimmy has been crowned?
