Does having a child with an Ozzy autmatically come with residency?

Just wondering if you were on a WHV and got someone pregnant (one night stand) in the last months of your visa what would happen? Surely they wouldn't force you to leave. I did a brief search on the immigration website and figure it would be classed under unique/exceptional circumstances?

Anyone have an idea? Just wondering would it be viewed similar to sperm donors?

No it doesn't automatically grant the mother that.
The child could be raised here by the father, so unless the father married the mother then no.

    also
as part of the General requirements of a WHV
    You must:
not be accompanied by dependent children at any time during your stay in Australia

Not in the situation but was curious (ethics aside) is it an "easy" visa. Could an Irish girl be a surrogate or an Irishman donate sperm to an Ozzy (couple or otherwise).

Of course it would be "unplanned" -surely immigration would view it sympathetically and not rhyme back the conditions of the WHV.

Stumbled across a lot of ads on a discussion forum lately with people advertising their services.

    ModLocking this tread.

This is not a visa option, immigration would not view it sympathetically, and surrogacy will become illegal in Australia
