Some motor factors who mix car spray paint may stock it. Vinnie Byrnes on the old airport road, give them a ring first or maybe try Halfords.

Yeah, Halfords in Blanch, does 600 1000 1200 1500 and 2000!! For that super duper finish.

Unicorn Abrasives in the UK send tons of sandpaper to ireland. Protim abrasives use to be there agents here but they have gone. If you phone unicorn and ask them there agent you can phone there irish agent and ask for your nearest stockist.
