Realplayer not transferring songs onto my MP3 Player

    Having problems loading songs onto my MP3 Player from Realplayer. They usually transfer fine no problems, but in the last couple of months it wouldn't let me do so but I downloaded a couple of conversion softwares and they transferred fine then through Audio format such as .mp3 etc.

    But now they are not transferring at all. :( I thought it might be that the MP3 Device itself (Creative Zen Microphoto 8gb) was the problem if it was wearn'tear or old etc., as I noticed yesterday when plugged in to charge with standard 3-pin-plug that it's not charging at all.

    When attached with USB cable to laptop, the computer does recognize the device, and the device does go into Docking-status but I just can't transfer my songs from Realplayer Library onto it anymore ..... :(

    Any-one got any suggestions for me or came across this? Maybe Realplayer themselves are just calling a halt to this facility. Oh well it was good a very good service while in use but obviously not lasting ..... :(
