Has anyone here ever had a Biomechanical assessment?
I see a Clinic in Dublin offering an assessment for 230 to 290 euro.
Is this a good value or does anyone have a place they could recommend.

A good personal trainer or strength and conditioning coach should be able to do the same for cheaper. I don't know what service is offered at that clinic but a PT would easily be able to spot your weaknesses, imbalances etc and show you how to correct them.

Would you or any other members here be able to recommend a personal trainer that would be able to spot these problems. im from Offaly, so anyone in the Leinster region (nearer to Dublin) would be good.
