Anyone have the misfortune of having BBNet as your ISP?

Did anyone have BBnet as your ISP? I have had them for a few years and things were going ok until a network upgrade and now in the evenings the service is crap and tech support have done nothing to resolve the issue, blaming my router, i have 2 tested. Will complaint to ComReg do anything?
