Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In a chicken and veg pizza from Apache (small or personal size) how many calories do you reckon it has?

You can see dominos values here, not sure what there "personal" one is

    http://www.takeafreshlook.co.uk/downloads/Pizzas-Nutrition-Pizzas-PerPortion.pdf

seems one like yours are about 550kcal.

The best bet is to weigh them, then look up tescos or mysupermarket.co.uk and get values per 100g for similar ones, though takeaway ones can have more oil, best get values for the highest kcal supermarket ones, which are probably the takeaway style chicago towns.

I had a Chicago town four cheese pizza last night. I think it was 298cals per quarter. So 1200cals for a full pizza.

First thing I have eaten like that in a while. Gluttony, and it was half two before I got to sleep last night. Felt crap after it.

How bad are these Chicago town pizzas for you does anyone know?

Meh, if a once off not gonna do ya much harm. Especially if you're still hitting the weights.

    Here's 12 inch apache info:

As said before it will require a bit of maths to figure your particular pizza out, but it's totally doable.
