in the process of buying a new house, its a new build. Looking for a good building engineer to do a snag list and a cert of compliance in north county cork??

The vendor must furnish an architects or engineers opinion on compliance with
1 . Planning and
2. B Regs
And BER Cert

Not from Cork so hopefully some other poster can help re snagging
