My dad holds a US visa all his life although has never lived in the States.
Can anyone tell me if I am entitled to get any kind of visa to work there?
I am 32 now so not sure if I need to be under 18 to apply?
    any advice very welcome.

    thanks

No, you are not entitled to a visa or US citizenship from what you say.
To get citizenship via your dad, he'd need to have lived in the USA for a minimum of 5 years, 3 of which after age 16.
To get a visa via your dad, he would need to live in the USA at the time you apply.
