Where to buy a kitchen compost bin in Dublin?

Folks: I'm looking to buy a small kitchen compost bin in Dublin that would have a filter in the lid!

I know they had them in Cultivate in temple Bar a few years ago but I'm not sure if they still have them.
If anyone has seen then anywhere in Dublin I would appreciate info as I need to buy one ASAP. Thanks

What do you mean by filter in the lid....or is that a dumb question?

If you buy the outside compost bin from the council they give you a smaller one for inside aswell.

It's a small little sponge like filter (similiar to what goes in your hoover) . It is for absorbing the smells of all that organic stuff in the bucket. Nobody wants a smelly kitchen
I live in an aprtment so can't keep going up and down stairs with organic waste!

Something similar to this. I just wanted to see if I could walk into a shop and buy one wthout resorting to the mouse

Hi Master, just wanted to say not all councils provide this. Ours doesn't, just the big brown one for outside. I never heard of the Arro shops, must check them out.

Subsidised compost bins available form these 3 locations in town:

• Shamrock Terrace, Aldborough Parade, North Strand, Dublin 3
• Ringsend Civic Amenity Facility, Pigeon House Road, Dublin 4
• The Greenhouse, 17 St Andrew Street, Dublin 2

€30 for the big one and €10 for the one for indoors.
