    looking for a free or very cheap AV for a Windows server 2003 file server.. need 2.

    anyone know of one ? thanks:)

    I need some cover and I havent any personal budget for this at the moment. I may change later

    understand that .. not compatible with windows server to my knowledge only clients like XP, 7 etc

    anybody know of any ?

    Apparently, this work around has been “fixed” by the fine folks at Microsoft. The only option is to install Microsoft ForeFront.

    Please note that ClamWin Free Antivirus does not include an on-access real-time scanner. You need to manually scan a file in order to detect a virus or spyware.

    F-prot is about as cheap as you will get - 10 licenses for €39
    but doesn't say 2008 though :(
