Win 7 Antispyware 2010

    Tried searching for this but couldn't really find a relevant thread.

    Got a popup the other day claiming to be some kind of antispyware program known as Win 7 and it "found" viruses and trojan horses on my system and asked me to register the product, bla bla. I presume this is a rogue program that has popped up on my system somehow. How dangerous is it and how can I remove it?
