May be some faults in the containment but no increase in radiation yet.

NHK saying possibility that container may have suffered damage and the worst case scenario may be is progress

This isn't sounding good the inner containment appears to have been breached.
    Still unconfirmed though. Fingers crossed.

Weird thought; would Nuking the Nuclear plant make a bad situation bad or worse?

Ultimately this was supposed to contain the radiation, liquid or either air could leak out. Depending on where the damage occurred we don't know how much will leak out.

Chernobyl MKII has been on the case since zero hour and the level of lies spread by the Nuclear apologists has been astonishing in the hope that they could somehow avert disaster and make it look like a "Three Mile Island" which has become a synonym for diaster averted when in fact Three Mile Island was a large disaster with massive long term effects.

Yes, it's up there with connecting your fire hose up to a petrol tanker.

Anyway, here's hoping they can contain the radioactivity!

I was just thinking would a Nuclear blast might burn up the Nuclear material and basically limit the fallout and shorten the half life of the nuclear fallout. I hope to god there is a strong Westerly to blow all that sh1t out to the Pacific.
