Courses with food/weight loss leader etc. as career prospect...?

I don't do higher level maths and i'm aiming for about 450+ points for the leaving but i want to do something in food/dietetics where my future career can have something to do with helping people lose weight, advising people on their diet etc. that kind of thing .. Thanks ;)
