It will constitute a mixed-use development including supermarket, offices, retail unit, cinema, café, car parking, signage and all associated site works.

Can't see this going ahead in full - Superquinn will want their unit, but is there demand for a second cinema in Naas? Offices and retails units will likely stay empty.
