    Sat Jan 14th

    Run - Hill Repeats

Hill session in park with Nules. Similar session to last week with 1 mile w/u, hill repeats, c/d back up kyber to car.

Good session and again I enjoyed it. Hills were 1x400, 5x300 & 2x200. Longer repeats pace was 07:45 and 200s were 05:45

Legs were tired after it so hopefully they'll be fresh for lsr tomorrow morning

    Plan: 5
    Actual: 5.3
    Time: 50:21
    Avg Pace: 09:28

    LSR

Life got in the way this morning so I couldn't make it on time to meet up with the group for the run. Ended up going in a couple of hours later to get mine out of the way.
I had just started when I met a friend who decided to slow his run and join me. We must have hit every hill in the park to try and slow us down . An eyebrow was raised when I suggested Knockmaroon hill but he went along with it and bounded up it...I took it a bit easier! Last time I tried this hill, quad went on way up -this time, no problems :)

Also good to be back in double digits which I haven't hit since last May . Nice run and again really busy in the park. Seriously stop with the New Years resolutions now!

    Plan: 9-10
    Actual: 10.04
    Time: 1:38:04
    Avg Pace: 09:46

Knockmaroon seemed like a great idea earlier...now with tired legs I'm not so sure ;). It may have to be on the route for next weeks run!

    Mon Jan 16th

    Jacuzzi Swim

Sole purpose of the trip to the gym this eve was the jacuzzi; if I got in any swimming it would be an added bonus :)

Long day at work so I thought I'd try a few lengths to ease the guilts and clear the head. Few lengths of the pool done and lots of relaxing time in the jacuzzi

    Distance: 750m
Time: No idea coz I didn't expect to do many lengths!

Too true :(, the only running I will be doing for the next month or so is for flights. On the upside it is 32 degrees where I am based for the next couple of weeks :D
