lemon aid

my lemon tree is in the porch where the sun comes up & until last year it flowered & grew lemons as it should. for approx the last 12 months the leaves have fallen off and the lemons only grow to about 1 centimetre the turn black & shrivelled then fall off. could anyone come to my lemon aid please!!!
