Upc slow megaupload downloads

Hi, I just switched to upc the other day on the 20Mb package. I've noticed though that when I'm trying to download anything from megaupload that whilst they start off fast they keep going down to speeds of about 140Kb/s and before I switched I could get 300Kb/s. Is there some reason this is happening or should I ring upc?…

I also have the same problem its goes at 1Mb some times but most of the time it goes really slow at like 12kb, i`m wondering can it be fixed by some option
