Nokia E63 Keyboard

I just got a Nokia E63 - it was unbranded and unlocked! When I press Z I get Y and when I press Y I get Z. Is this a software issue, can it be fixed? If so, how? Thanks :)

Try a reflash of the software yourself first, if not send it in under warranty. It would be a software issue, as the buttons themselves mean feck all

Can I send it in under warranty without a receipt?
