It totally depends on the school, you should contact them individually.

Everybody could come on and post different dates. The school will be the only one who know when the date is for his/her course.

Yes. It's just in case economics is the school (there's only one masters).

Didn't mean to sound as prickly as I did, just meant they can range from anywhere between February and September depending on the school.

Also, even the dates within the same school can change from year to year, so your best bet is to just contact the program coordinator, as has already been said.
