Car Parking

Any advice please for parking in the city. Going to Waterford next week for 1 day - do not know how long I will be but want easy parking with quick exit onto dublin road for return journey. How much will it cost me????:):)

Park across from the tourist office(its right beside Dooleys Hotel) on the quay, 5.50 for the day

this is the only entrance, all the others charge by the hour.

Thank you...will aim to park there, plan to be down early (8.30 am or thereabouts) so hopefully will get a parking space or does it fill up really early??
