Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking forward to this :)

    Miriam O'Callaghan interviewing them.

How come the two lads have completely different accents

Dave obviously lived in the coal shed listening to pirate radio :)

Listening to this and I don't know if I'm enjoying it or hating it.

I forgot this was on, only caught the last 10 minutes. McSavage is hilarious and underneath all of that 'off the wall' humour, he makes some very accurate observations about Irish society. Must listen back later.

I can't really hear that, would easily identify them both as south Dublin natives.

Heard some of this interview and had to switch off because "McSavage" can't "be himself" (ie Dave McAndrews) for 5 minutes, he always has to be slipping in and out of character, everything from Pat Kenny to Mary Robinson and playing to the audience, and his brother (and father) as if seeking some kind of approval because he didn't go away and get a "normal" job.

Barry found "McSavage" to be an interrupting, off-putting character and found it difficult to give straight answers to Miriam's questions (she has a habit of repeating the same question though).

I started off by thinking 'I'll be switching off now in a minute', but found myself listening until the end.

I agree McSavage was very annoying, inturrupting and not being serious for a minute but thought Barry came across well and Miriam did manage to wheedle some interesting stuff out of him.
