    Hey,
Just got the first bill for our new apartment, and it is surprisingly cheaper than we expected..
Anyway my question is, on our last bill, it said we had e119cr, but this bill is 82.88, why hasn't the credit carried over to this bill?
    thanks.

    Hi CoolGirl101,

Can you see on your latest bill a section entitled 'Balance forward', where the separate charges are itemized? If the credit amount is shown here, it would mean that it has been taken into consideration.

Please feel free to PM me your account details if you would like me to look into this for you.

    Thanks,

    David.
