I was in Sow and Rock in Dundrum yesterday and they seem to carry the Timex line. Not sure about replacement parts, but they're probably worth a call.

Timex straps are pants in general, I've ordered direct from Timex, just call them with the model number - 0208 6879620, about 10GBP delivered.
