    Hey,

My girlfriend isn't from Dublin and wants to go to the Parade this year! I haven't been in years - what time does it start at?

Want to get in nice and early so she can be suitably bored early enough to not have wasted our entire day!!! :D

    Cheers

Starts from Parnell Sq at 12. Down O'Connell St, onto Westmoreland St and College Green, up Dame St, and down Patricks St and finishes there.

It starts at 12pm. And try and get in early to get a good viewing spot ;)

Avoid the Central Bank area. Full of messing even during the parade.

If you want to impress get a step ladder and get to the area you want to watch just after 12. If its an old one you can give it away near the end or bring a lock so you can bring it home after a few beers. Beware the kids all around you will want to use it. Good luck and enjoy.

    :D
