Wimax problems

There seem to be troubles with Imagine Wimax in the Tuam area ... at least the robot answering the phone for tech support confirms it. I am now without phone or internet since Friday Night and the automated message talks about "Total loss of service." They could however be so nice and send a text and/or email message.…

They could however be so nice and send a text and/or email message. There was no statement given (apart from an Imagine WiMax van parked next to the mast on Saturday.)
