What are they called....(apartments down the alley by Karma)

Trying to remember the name of them, can't for the life of me. Friends looking into them and neither of us can remember what they're called. Any help will be rewarded with one million internets. They're roughly equitable with Zimbabwean money.

Aren't they just the Eyre Square Townhouses? You can go in behind Karma or up over the shopping centre car park: http://www.daft.ie/searchsharing.daft?id=621784
