Music in Portlaoise for Paddys Day

    Hey, just thought I'd publicise some of the musical entertainment happening around town for Paddys day.

    Kicking off in Grellan Delaneys on Main St on Paddys Eve, Wednesday, with Genocide & Lounge Act playing. Genocide will be playing the music of Thin Lizzy and other rock classics from 70s 80s & 90s. Lounge Act are a Nirvana tribute band, and a great night is promised. No cover charge :-)

    There will be 3 stages on Main St on Paddys Day, kicking off around 1pm. At the courthouse, Dave Morrissey and Negative One will be among the performers, while at Shaws you can rock out to Dog Star Shine & Small Town Heroes, amongst others.

    It promises to be a great day out for all the family, and a great showcase of local musical talent.
