AC/DC Live At River Plate is the definitive live concert DVD documenting AC/DC’s massive Black Ice World Tour.

Shot with 32 cameras entirely in HD in December of 2009, AC/DC Live At River Plate marks AC/DC’s triumphant return to Buenos Aires where nearly 200,000 fans, and 3 sold-out shows, welcomed the band back after a 13 year absence from Argentina.

This stunning live footage of AC/DC underscores what Argentina’s Pagina 12 newspaper reported by saying “no one is on the same level when it comes to pure and clear Rock ‘n Roll.” AC/DC Live At River Plate hits shelves May 10th.

Is Let There Be Rock going to be released in Europe? The links only refer to a US release.

Once this is confirmed region free I will buy it here. There's no mention of a euro release yet.

Picked this up on Blu-ray last weekend was slightly dissappointed in it maybe im biased but the 2 irish dates would have made better shows. The sound is better on the remastered No Bull dvd/blu-ray.And the constant camera changes gets annoying but feck it the music rocks and is crystal clear picture wise.Brought back good memories of 2009.rate it 8/10.

Are you serious? The crowd were amazing on this. I've never seen such an enthusiastic crowd at a gig this size before. Irish crowds are lame in comparison to this lot. And the DVD would be ruined by incessant singing of that bloody ole ole ole that Irish people feel obliged to sing at every gig since the summer of 1990.

Im relating to the bands performances at the irish gigs no doubt the arges were up for it more than the rain soaked Irish we also got an extra song in the set list.I though angus went a little futher on the let there be rock solo in punchestown maybe he felt sorry for us in the rain lol just an opinion.

I've ordered the Let there be rock as it is region free. Don't know yet if it will get a release over here.

According to Amazon there's a collector's edition version with two discs. Not sure what you get over and above the regular blu-ray, though.

Let There Be Rock: The Movie is released tomorrow in the U.S. The European release is July 25th, according to Amazon and Play. The collector's edition released in the US is the blu-ray and DVD editions in a steelbook type cover with a couple of extra bit n' pieces (Angus guitar pick, postcards of the original promo material, etc.) No mention of this version being released in Europe yet, though, still not sure which one to go for.

It arrived this morning. I will take some photos later and post them. Reviews are not great of the picture quality but decent enough for the sound, I will give it a blast later.

Let there be rock blu ray. Picture is in 4:3 format and is generally very good. The sound is very good. This was held in a small venue and the lighting compared to today is not great which does not help the picture.
The concert is fantastic, Bon and the rest of the band are electric on stage. The band are interviewed between songs and they look like kids. This set is a must for any AC/DC fan.
