    Hi folks -
Have a great recipe for stir-fried noodles using fresh rice noodle sheets, cut into broad strips. Don't know where I might find them in Dublin - anyone have a clue? I've tried the thinner thready rice noodles for this but they're just not the same!

I'd suggest Asia Market on Drury Street as a good starting point.

You can buy wider noodles dried. They're the sort you'd normally use for a pad thai - instead of the thread noodles you can buy packs up to 1cm in width. If you can't find fresh, I believe most asian stores should stock the various widths in the dry version.
