Old style sweet shop in Dun Laoghaire

    No connection, just a very happy customer. Only opened recently and they have all the sweets you remember as a kid. I bought a quart of appledrops for €1.65 and now everyone else wants them :D

    The shop is located near Walters pub/restaurant on Georges St Upr, Dun Laoghaire.

    They also had cherry 7up and teeth rotting wham bars which I can't remember seeing for some time.

    Which shop have they opened up in can you remember? I haven't found the shop yet!

    It's really easy to miss as it's very narrow. Can't remember the name but it's literally two to three doors on either side of Walters. Look for a narrow white shop front with jars of sweets in the widow.
