Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Maplin are selling a Sat kit with 43cm dish. Fine in England, but too small in most of Ireland when it rains.

    They charge €39 extra to add a 65cm dish (correct size for most of Ireland for Freesat).

    Maplin are hardly alone in this Lidl have stocked those "camping systems" on occasion too.

    This isn't the notorious Camping wok (I'd forgotten that Maplin had been selling that same one that was in Lidl recently). It pretends to be a real Satellite kit.

    OT - Add to that BT phone socket kit (not even RG11 converters) :D and even "freeview" DTT receivers on the shelf in Limerick :eek:
