I checked out the other vids, they're all pretty negative, though I guess thats the state of affairs in many industries, a lot of them are very dysfunctional, governed by high amounts of irrationality due to self interest and opinion, for example hr turning down highly qualifed engineers because their skills don't fit into a tightly defined crevice, excessive specialisation I think brings its own problems too, but thats another story.
