Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i know some people who are delighted at her pending emigration.

it'd be hilarious if one of the band did that sinn féin/ IRA thing that you get at drunken parties by accident during that rendition of the fields!

It kind of gets to the point where you wish Diarmuid Gavin would come back on the show to add a bit of lucidity to the story..

Many of them would claim to be 'left-wing'. They attempted to be 'all things to all people'; one of the main reasons we 'are where we are'.

FF have been both left and right and everything in between depending on which way the political wind is blowing.

Jim was a leftie, as were all the project heads - still are. not sure in what context he meant FF, though his comment bout Charlie were interesting.

Many of them would be wrong. I know what you mean though, Bertie the Socialist for example  FF know only one ideology-me fein'ism'.
Bears no resemblance to any kind of a Social Democracy (which I assume those FFers who are socially left would align themselves with) I know or experienced in Europe.

Is it me or is Ryan tubbs a complete douchebag?????he is the most unattractive, uncomfortable lizard I've ever seen or heard. He has this knack of making smart comments to his guests which is totally cringeworthy to watch. Is that his appeal or am I missing something??????He reminds me of the purvy guy who sat at the back of the class in school,**** away to himself.God he's awful, how did he get to where he is???I'm serious peeps,he is without doubt the worst interviewer on any channel.

Last night's show was nauseating. Nice to see so many millionaires telling us that we have to be positive. I wont take lectures from the like of Peter Sutherland, who wrecked the world economy with his derivatives dabblings as head of Goldman Sachs. If he really wants to make an immediate difference, he could donate some of his huge personal fortune to a homeless shelter or something

My internet went down last night during the LLS. So within minutes of having to watch it without this thread I changed channel as I realised it was even worse than i thought without having boards as a distraction.

Has anyone else lost all respect for that Jim Sheridan lad? I've never heard someone to spout as much crap in my whole life. Tubridy himself even seemed mortified. What was the idiot talking about with his bizarre take on the pale and the famine? He came across to me as inarticulate and stupid, and totally removed from what is happening in Ireland. Really embarrassing stuff!

Nevermind his @rse-clenchingly embarrassing comment about being a FF leftie. Is this guy for real???
