Fabregas, Djourou, Vermaelen, Song, Walcott & Szczęsny all out for today. It's actually crazy when you realise that they'd all be starting if fit. I'm concerned about today's game, we really need a big performance to bounce back from our recent disappointments, I'm just not so sure that this team has the mental strength to do so!

    Predicted lineup:

Rambo Starts. Think we will draw this game

Full Team: Arsenal - Almunia; Sagna, Koscielny, Squillaci, Clichy; Nasri, Denilson, Wilshere, Ramsey, Arshavin; van Persie.

I'm just delighted it's not Rosicky!!!

In truth, I think it's testament to how little Denilson and Rosicky have contributed recently that Ramsey starts... but still great to have him back. It'll probably be next year before we'll see the best of him but here's hoping we get him fully back and it's not another story like Eduardo's.

No such thing as a handy win when Denilson plays...

It is inevitable. 4-1 to the Arse.

Doesn't happen often enough, but Im delighted the two title challengers are playing simultaneously. Nothing more dramatic, I love it :)

Hodgson has found his level - Arsenal!

    Fúck me.

I nip down to grab some food and we're 1-0 down.

    What happened?

Just waiting for Van Persie to smack one any minute now.

Arshavin and Nasri to complete a comfortable 1-3 win.

The usual, almost a free header from an avoidable corner!

    Shocked.

It was an Almunlol for all intents and purposes. Header was straight at him and he flappy handski'ed it.

Score before HT and we'll win; don't and it'll be 1-0 or 1-1.

    FFS.

Think it will be a record if west brom dont keep a clean sheet today. Nailed on clean sheet for them so.

Morrison may need to go off after a clash of heads, lots of blood. Hope he's OK.

Dont see why people are predicting Arsenal to ein comfortably. Brom beat us already this season.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,043 ✭✭✭✭L'prof

Crossbar from van Persie and Ramsey takes far too long and smacks the rebound straight at Carson :mad::mad:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,570 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

That is pure shíte form Ramsey. Fúcking passed it to Carson.

Unfortunately they've been far more solid at the back than us!

Great tackle by Denilson as usual

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,570 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

I'd rather have Eboué on the pitch than Denilson.

    And that's saying something.

    Woeful performance so far

    any decent streams going?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,043 ✭✭✭✭L'prof

Another head injury for West Brom, this time it's Scharner. Could be 5 minutes injury time?

Using this paid one, not great today unfortunately!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,183 ✭✭✭UnknownSpecies

I'm using this. It's good but in Spanish I think !

Denilson being on the pitch is worrying, he has done absolutely nothing right all day, has given away possession with lazy passes too many times already today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,570 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

Any chance we could call Lansbury back form loan so we can just terminate Denilson's contract?

Half time and no way through so far, we've been horrendous again. No urgency out there whatsoever!

could this be 4 losses in a row?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,043 ✭✭✭✭L'prof

If we come out in the second half and play like that again and I expect we will, then we'll be lucky to get a draw. My only hope is that West Brom tire and start making mistakes at the back.

about the same chances as utd getting 3 in a row maybe?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,427 ✭✭✭Pierce_1991

I'm really struggling to see whats gone wrong with this team. They just never look like scoring these days. The last time an Arsenal player scored a goal was against Orient on the 2nd of this month. The one thing we always had going for us is that we could score but thats just not been there in recent games.
