    I received a tip for the Ireland v England rugby match but have no idea what it means.

    Simply put as:
    "Ireland +4 10/11"

    Would anyone be able to fill me in on what this means and score wise what I'd be looking for in the match.

    If Ireland win or loose by 3 points or less, you get 10 e for every 11 you lay. simple as that!
