has anybody had any dealings with this company?


My sister got some windows and a door fitted and has had nothing but trouble with them!

The doors swell up with the heat, there's a gap between the two doors and when its windy and raining it comes through.

The area all around the windows is chipping away.

When she was getting the front windows done (by another company) they had a look at them and were surprised at the way they were fitted and what sealant etc that they had used.

She tried contacting them but to no avail.

She has no taken it further to the small claims, to which he didnt reply to a single letter that they sent untill the final one.

he replied saying my sister was paranoid and that there was nothing wrong with the windows.

The next step now is going to court.

Just putting this out there to see if anyone has had any dealings with this company?

Given that this case is in the Small Claims Court, the Consumer Issue here is already being dealt with, and there is no benefit from adding anecdotes about the company.
