They started quite brightly in fairness to them.

Some of their defending has been top class as well. If it gets them into the CL and wins them the Cup, no one at City will give a sh*te what people say about their style of play.

We've done well I think. Kompany is a man mountain and it's great to have De Jong back.

Chelsea are a good side with Torres starting to look like his old self. Don't expect us to be going gung ho, and it's been a decent game imo.

Not conceding is also a big part of football too you know, especially away from home against the reigning champions with a £50 million striker up top.

Not conceding is also pretty important.

The way City approach bigger games isn't always pretty, but ist a means to an end - getting into the CL. I also recall this tactic working quite well in recent games against Chelsea where they defended and beat them with a Tevez breakaway.
