Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just looking for a bit of info. I'm looking to get freeview in two rooms in the house, we've got Sky in the sitting room already so just wondering if I need to get new satellite or can I get it through Sky?

Are you talking proper Freeview here or do you actually mean FREE TO AIR?

For FTA, is your existing sky a regular sky box or sky+/HD.
If it's the latter, then there's a good chance you have a quad/octo LNB which means it's a simple DIY jobby of running the nessecary cables from your dish to your box, wherever they are situated.

    Sorry, yeah free to air.

It's sky+ PVR3 Box. Any tutorials on that? Would I need to get boxes off sky or?

FTA or Freesat boxes can be picked up cheaply-just check adverts.ie or ebay.No need to go through Sky.Generic FTA boxes are even being sold in Xtravision these days.Second hand Sky boxes without a card will even do the job.
Seeing as you have Sky+ (most likely a quad lnb on the dish),all you need to do is run the cables from the dish to the rooms you need and hook up the boxes.
