Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I have been considering buying a netbook for a few months now. I have found what looks like a good one on ebay for around 200e.
It seems to suit my needs well so i am looking for some advice about whether ir not i should buy it. I've done some research online and there seems to be mixed reviews about buying from China.
I'd be really grateful for any advice!

Most technical stuff is made in China. But there is also a massive market for dodgy, copied stuff.
There may be issues with warranty if you buy something without being able to bring it to a local shop here if there is a problem.

Can you link to the auction?

It will feel like something from a box of corn flakes, cheap plastic etc. That the case with 9/10 items on ebay from China.

I bet you could pick one up from hardwareversand for ~€50 extra? and save your self the torture.

    EDIT: http://www3.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=38404&agid=998

€253 delivered. And best of all.....ASUS.

Whats the ebay brand? SUSA lolz
