AXA home insurance claim

my boiler had a little leak and banjaxed the oil -burner.anyway rang the axa number and am proceeding with a claim. has any one else here ever dealt with AXA about a claim. good v bad experience?????

done and dusted ,assessor called ,photos,chat =cheque
