Fighting Cats

    Hi Guys,

hoping for some advice on how to stop cats fighting.

we have 3 cats but only 2 are involved in this scenario. One is a kitten (about 5-6 months old, not neutered yet, booked in for may, lives inside) the other one is about 1.5 - 2years old, neutered and lives outdoors.

the problem is the older one absolutley hates the kitten and will do everything in her power to get to the kitten. Kami (older cat) is quite sneaky as well when it comes to getting inside, she'll wait behind something until the door opens and makes sure your not looking and dashes inside to get to Malay (kitten). this happen yesterday, went outside for something, didnt notice kami sneaking in the door, next thing we hear the kitten squealing as Kami was tearing chunks outta her.

Even if Kami see's Malay through the glass in the door, she'll start hissing and scratching the door to try to get to her. Malay just runs and hides.

When Malay first arrived here (we were adopted, not her! :D) Kami wasnt too sure of her, there would be a few stares between them but it was never as violent as it is now. The 3rd cat stays well away from it all.

So basically is there anything we can do to ease the tension between them? we were hoping to let Malay out and about after been neutered but its not looking to good for her now

Sorry for the long post and any advice at all is appreciated!
