moving from business to residential

    hi were signed up as business line is it possible to move to residential can keep the same number?

    yes if staying in the same location or within the same exchange area, you should be able to change your account from business to residential while keeping same number.
    To arrange this change just call customer services on 1901 or visit our online services here.

    Recieved a 60 euro bill this morning for moving from business to Residential. If i was told there was a charge i wouldnt of moved!! What the hell eircom!?

    There is a one of charge of €10.01 excluding Vat for a transfer from to change from business to residential.
