Are Will Hill customer support always this slow?

    Ive been waiting 4 days for a reply now from Will Hill :mad:
    I was just wondering if they are always this slow?

    Why not just use the live chat? In the past they've resolved my query on the spot.

    Ive been waiting over two weeks for a callback from Ladbrokes. No intention of wasting money ringing Gibralter.

    Why would you ring Gibraltar when they have a lo-call Irish customer service number?

    I used it once before. Call was diverted to Gib and I was charged international rate.
