    I'll light the fire early and let it burn down a bit, and with a couple of candles on the mantelpiece, I will have ready a bowl of chopped tomatoes dressed with olive oil, some cloves of garlic and salt. Then with a long fork I will toast slices of chunky bread on both sides, rub it with the garlic, pile on the tomatoes and share it around. When the bruschetta is all eaten we might have toasted marshmallow and ice-cream and sit dreaming into the fire of inchedoney beaches.

    My wife and I are going to turn off the lights, our phones, sit in front of a turf fire, have a bottle of Miller and chill out for the evening. Happy Days.
