Samsung Wave USB Problem

    Hi,

    My Samsung wave S8500 has started acting weird lately, mainly thinking its connected to USB when its not and not connecting when it is.
    This link http://www.samsungwaveforum.com/samsung-wave-troubleshooting/beware!!-usbcharge-port-problem/ mentioned water damage although its never been near water or used in the rain, etc.

    I upgrade the software from JEF to JID because I thought it was a software problem but the same thing happens now.

    Would it be best to put the software back to JEF and bring it back to the carphone warehouse.
    Anyone have this problem or heard of it before?

    Never heard of it before.

    Sounds like it needs to go back to Samsung.
