    Anyone got any good sauces to trickle over brownies?

    Made nigellas ice cream sauce tonight have made it before and it's so naughty it should come with a health warning.

    175ml dbl cream
    100g chopped milk choc
    100g smooth peanut butter
    3 tablespns golder syrup

    Melt altogether and pour over ice cream.
