    Hi guys !

Two of my books were sold at the SU Bookshop. One in October and another last month.
The problem is, I've been claiming my cheque (of the book sold in October) since last December, and they won't give it. I mean, I asked for the money of the book that got sold in October, and now, April is a few days away, and everytime I drop by and ask them for it, they're like " Oh, you need to wait bla bla bla ". Is that a freaking joke ? It's been 6 months since the book was sold ! And obviously, I can't get my book(s) back !

What do I do now ? Is it supposed to take that long ? I didn't even get an email like I was supposed to.

Moreover, I'm leaving UCD cuz I'm a final year, so what happens if I don't get the cheque by May ?

Go into the bookshop tomorrow, tell them you've been waiting since November and make them go to Giselle the SU secretary who writes the cheques and if they don't go to her yourself

yeah they can be a bit slow in giving them out, I've had the same problem, like the other person said, go into Giselle and keep going in every couple of days until they have, unfortunatly you just have to be persistent
