    I am back in Sydney very shortly. I already have a few leads (thanks guys, you know who you are) however if those dont work out, does anyone have any recommended IT recruiters or is anyone looking for Senior IT staff?


    I have the following to give an idea of which field I am looking for.
    VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) in vSphere 4
    Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Server Administrator
    Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Exchange
    Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) 2008 Active Directory
    Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Network Infrastructure
    Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Windows 7

    Hey mate,

    If nothing comes of that other crowd, try these. These are some of the most well known IT Recruiters in Syd. Out of 100+ contractors I work with, all of us are with either Greythorn, Peoplebank or TRC. They also deal with full time permanent positions but to be honest the money in contracting is a lot lot better.

    Smalls used to be owned by Greythorn, but as of a couple of weeks ago they are their own company. They were primarily an admin/office recruiter, but I know an IT recruiter with them that has told me they are branching off into IT big time and they are trying to get as many IT specialists on the books as possible. Might be worth checking them out.

    I seriously wouldn't be panicing, IT really is booming out here and with your skillset (particularly VMware) you will have your pick of roles. I'd be very surprised if you get anything on less that $120k.
