You will get further in life by having good manners and a good personality than you will by having a good education. People remember kindness and those who care.

In fairness it depends what you mean by "further in life".

The people with the most successful careers are absolute *****. The aggressive get to the top...!

    Take chances / grasp opportunities.
Judge people by what they do, not what they say. A promise is just air.

The world is full of fantastic beers and wines, try lots of them. Even the Blue Nun!

Dont eat anything that has less than 2 feet or more than 4.

oh god. if i could go back to my early 20s............ dont stick with a guy/girl because you're afraid that you'll never get another guy/girlfriend. hold onto your mates and over time the ones that matter to you will be still be around when you're in 30s/ 40s etc. be happy in your job regardless of pay. im in my 30s and its only now that iv become confident/strong and able to just say no! without trying to make up a silly excuse. f**K THE BEGRUDGERS! hold your head up and keep it up!;)
